Kim Monro

Australian born Kim Monro has been involved in the building industry for 15 years. He qualified in joinery and machinery at West Suffolk College in Bury St Edmunds.

Kim started out working in the family joinery business and then moved to a large building group in Cambridge where he progressed into site joinery. From here Kim moved into new builds for a small development of 10 exclusive homes, and during this time Kim progressed to timber frame build and roof construction.

Kim is co-partner in Ace Guttering and covers the Haverhill and Sudbury areas.

In his spare time - as well as having a busy family life with wife and two children - Kim likes to go Bouldering (rock climbing), cycling and skiing.

Mark Farthing

Mark has been in the building industry for 12 years, and over this time he has gained extensive experience in joinery and carpentry, general building site management and property maintenance.

Mark started out working in the family pub and school refurbishment business as a joiner. Mark then moved into bespoke joinery for a large furniture manufacturer. Mark then progressed to site management for a large East Anglian building firm.

Mark is co-partner in Ace Guttering and covers the Mersea and Colchester areas.

In his spare time Mark prefers outdoor pursuits including gardening, sailing, fishing, bird watching and field sports.
